Icon Mortgage is a DBA of Special Circumstances LLC. We are NOT currently authorized as a mortgage broker in the state of California. We are in the process of obtaining our license with the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) and the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS).

The only personal data we collect is the email address (and optionally the name) you voluntarily provide on our waitlist. We use it solely to notify you when we are authorized to offer services. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@icon.mortgage.
